- House calls:
If you want us to come to your home a trip charge of $20.00 will be collected prior to our arrival.
- Home Labor -
$35.00 minimum charge which covers the first two hours of work. For each hour after the first two hours the hourly rate is $17.50 per hour.
- Business Labor- $70.00 minimum charge which covers the first two hours of work. For each hour after the first two hours the hourly rate is $35.00 per hour.
- Additional software or hardware:
Any additional hardware or software that may need to be purchased will be added to the invoice at the time of service.
- Remote online assistance:
Providing that you have a high speed connection to the internet we can fix most problems with just a simple remote online assistance. You simply pay $10.00 + labor.
- Invoice:
When the PC is fixed to your satisfaction an invoice will be generated and given to you.
- Payment:
We only accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- Terms of service:
Trip charge, remote online assistance fee are non refundable. When the work is completed your credit card will be charged what appears on your invoice. All charges will appear on your credit card statement from Olympic Global Tech.
